What's the process for the Brand Identity package?
We start with a 60-minute discovery call to understand your business, audience, and goals. From there, we develop 3 logo concepts — you pick your favorite and we refine it through 2 rounds of revisions. Final deliverables include all logo files, your full color palette, typography system, brand guidelines PDF, and social profile assets.
Can I upgrade from Brand Identity to the Bundle later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with Brand Identity to get their foundation right, then move to the monthly Bundle once they see the quality. We'll credit your Brand Identity work against the first month's bundle at full value.
What if I only need a single flyer?
The Marketing & Flyers package starts at $350 per project — that's for one flyer or a set of up to 3 related pieces. We can scope larger multi-piece projects at a custom rate. Just reach out with your needs.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Yes. We're based in Florida and specialize in local brands, but we work with businesses anywhere in the US. Everything is handled remotely — discovery calls over Zoom, files delivered digitally.
What's your turnaround time?
Brand Identity packages typically take 2–3 weeks from discovery to final delivery. Social Bundle designs are delivered within 5 business days of each month's brief. Flyers and marketing projects are usually ready in 3–5 days.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just a description of your business, your goals, and what you like and dislike in terms of visual style. We'll guide you through the rest during our discovery call.
